Das Heiratsatelier takes the often nerve-wracking and highly intensive organization and planning of your wedding off your hands, with great care and passion.

I have a large network of partners in the wedding industry, and I will help you to efficiently and professionally realize your wishes and visions for your celebration.

Organizing the venue, ceremony, catering, photographer, hotel, color scheme, floristry, and the overall program are just a few of the aspects you will need to consider. I am here to provide professional and hands-on support, helping you create your individualized and unique wedding – in a relaxed manner.

If you contact me by email or through the contact form, I will arrange an initial brief phone call, followed by a personal meeting. It is important to me that we have good chemistry, which is best felt in person. I am happy to visit you at your home or meet at a location of your choice. This initial meeting is free of charge. If you live further away, I may charge only the travel expenses. Of course, we can also meet halfway.

After our extensive conversation, you will receive a quote tailored to your needs.

Once we agree, we will start right away and will begin making concrete plans. Regular contact is essential. We will stay in touch via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Additionally, we plan regular Zoom calls to provide updates and to address any questions you may have.

You are of course also interested in the cost of the wedding planning. The first conversation, which lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours and allows us to get to know each other and discuss your ideas and preferences, is free of charge.

For a complete wedding planning service, you can budget approximately 10-15% of your wedding budget. The actual cost depends on the type of wedding and the associated workload. I charge based on hours worked, so you only pay for the services you use.

Absolutely! All couples are welcome, regardless of age, skin color, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation. Same-sex marriages are more modern than ever!

The motto here is “the earlier, the better”, but life can’t always be planned precisely, and sometimes things need to move quickly. Ideally, plan 1.5 – 2 years in advance, especially if you haven’t chosen a wedding venue yet.

Additionally, my schedule fills up relatively quickly, since I do only take on a limited number of weddings.
However, I have also successfully planned wonderful weddings, including all the details, in less than 6 weeks’ notice, and they turned out perfectly.

We will meet regularly as needed. Meetings typically take place via Zoom, or in person if preferred. This depends on our respective locations and the distance between us.

Yes, of course! I would be happy to design a program specifically tailored to your guests, covering the desires and needs of all nationalities involved. This can take place as an excursion after the ceremony, or already a day before the main celebration.

The cost of a wedding can vary greatly. It depends largely on the number of guests you plan to invite and the scale of your wedding menu: whether it’s an Apéro Riche or a multi-course meal, a large and detailed wedding cake or rather trendy cupcakes, champagne or sparkling wine. Are there cocktails and a midnight snack after dinner?

In general, you should budget at least CHF 200 – CHF 250 per guest for all catering, including beverages and one slice of cake. Of course, there’s always room for adjustments.

The budget plan is the core of our planning, helping you to keep costs under control and allowing us to adapt if necessary.

I collaborate with exquisite and talented providers in the industry. I recommend only service providers who meet my high-quality standards and in whom I have confidence that they will bring your ideas to life with passion and dedication. Of course, I am always open to getting to know new service providers trusted by you, especially those who share a similar style and ethos as I do.

Yes, absolutely. I am happy to meet you on a Saturday (provided I’m not at a wedding) or during the week in the evening. I am aware that your schedules are busy, and your workload is high.
